We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Floor Coatings Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and driving business growth in the Kolkata region.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading paint manufacturer and contribute to the company's success. As a Sales Professional, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and marketing, particularly in the floor coatings industry.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly sales objectives and contribute to overall business profitability.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and sustain growth in the assigned territory.
- Develop sound technical knowledge of customer requirements and product offerings.
- Provide accurate sales projections and indenting to avoid inventory accumulation.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor product lines and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate effectively to maximize profits.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and accounts in the territory.
- Monitor market trends and stay informed about new developments in the area.
- Pursue opportunities to increase the customer base in a fluctuating market.
- Submit regular reports on individual performance and contributions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (B.Sc/M.Sc).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in floor coatings.
