Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our recruitment efforts in the city of Kolkata. If you have a proven track record in bulk hiring, BPO telecallers, telesales, or telemarketing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk Hiring and Recruitment
  • Managing a team of recruitment professionals
  • Developing and executing sales strategies
  • Building relationships with clients and talent pool
Requirements
  • 06 months to 2 years of experience in sales and recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with BPO and customer support industries
