We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Job Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, identifying, and onboarding new buyers, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell sanitaryware products to existing and potential buyers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize billing from existing buyers and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful execution of business development strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate
  • Minimum 1-year experience in sanitaryware sales with OEM/Distributor/E-commerce companies
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and buyers
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, and thrive in a target-driven atmosphere
Estimated Salary Range: ₹3.4 LPA - ₹4.5 LPA (including incentives)
