Kotak Mahindra Bank Sales Executive

At Kotak Mahindra Bank, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling Savings Account Products to customers and generating revenue through customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing customers from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates to sell Savings Account Products.
- Generating revenue through customer acquisition and retention by ensuring adherence to products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Handholding acquired customers for the initial 3-month period to deepen relationship values before passing it to the Branch Banking team.
- Maintaining an average quarterly balance and conducting regular promotional and customer events to generate leads.
- Cross-selling MF, Gold, Insurance, and asset products to existing customers.
Requirements:
- Fresher or graduate with at least 1 year of experience in liabilities sales, preferably with a hard core sales mentality and a hunter orientation.
- Well-groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
Estimated Salary: ₹10-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and performance.
