Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank.
As a Key Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our savings and current account portfolio by sourcing new customers from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through the sale of savings and current accounts
- Aquire and retain customers
- Handhold acquired customers for the initial 3 month period to deepen relationship values before passing them to the Branch Banking team
- Maintain an average quarterly balance
- Conduct regular promotional and customer events to generate leads
- Cross sell MF, Gold, Insurance, and asset products
Requirements:
- Fresher or graduate with appropriate experience (at least 1 year experience in liabilities sales preferred)
- Hard core sales mentality with primary motivation from achievement of targets
- Well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities
Estimated Salary: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum.
