Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our Mobile and Roaming team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing emails and incoming incidents from global customers, identifying and resolving complex cases related to SS7, LTE, and Diameter technologies.


About the Role

  1. Manage emails and incoming incidents from global customers.
  2. Identify and resolve complex cases related to SS7, LTE, and Diameter technologies.
  3. Use analytical tools to check KPIs of destinations and correlate the IP transport layer with roaming issues.
  4. Develop expertise in using trace tools to identify and resolve issues related to SS7, LTE, and Diameter technologies.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and provide excellent customer service.

About You

  1. Strong understanding of SS7, LTE, and Diameter technologies.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fluency in English language is required, and proficiency in French language is an asset.
