Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Process Specialist to join our team at Sun Life. As a key member of our Document Team, you will be responsible for process transactions to meet and exceed defined service levels of quality, speed, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process transactions efficiently and effectively to meet or exceed service level agreements
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to open forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in Indian Insurance or International BPOs (Non-Voice)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
