Immunoshop Sales Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to oversee the entire order execution cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders and invoices. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, customers, and distributors to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete order execution cycle from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Convert sales orders received via various channels into Zoho Books after thorough verification for accuracy and completeness.
  • Promptly address and communicate any clarifications or issues with internal teams, customers, and distributors.
  • Prepare pro forma and final invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum of three years in billing or order execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and discipline.
  • Proficiency in using billing/order processing software; familiarity with Zoho Books is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around ₹8-10 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience.
