Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Education Industry Executive to lead our business development efforts in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in assigned territories.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve processes.
  5. Manage and analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide insights to ensure overall team performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams, preferably in the EdTech domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with institutions and stakeholders.
  • Patient and empathetic individuals who can handle complex sales situations and negotiations.
What We Offer
