Educational Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Sales Expert to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, qualifying, converting and renewing in the assigned territories and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, industry events, and channel partners to generate leads and establish relationships with key decision-makers at schools.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clearly communicate the value proposition to students and schools.
- Territory Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects, set up appointments with school stakeholders for product demos, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, with at least 3 years of experience, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to travel extensively to meet clients and participate in industry events.
The estimated salary range for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location considerations.
