Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Sales Expert to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, qualifying, converting and renewing in the assigned territories and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands the customer base in the assigned territory.
  2. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, industry events, and channel partners to generate leads and establish relationships with key decision-makers at schools.
  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clearly communicate the value proposition to students and schools.
  4. Territory Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects, set up appointments with school stakeholders for product demos, and ensure timely follow-up.
  5. Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, with at least 3 years of experience, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to travel extensively to meet clients and participate in industry events.
Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location considerations.
