We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic sales team at CognoSpace. As a Strategic Sales Expert, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, qualifying, converting, and renewing in assigned territories and achieving sales targets.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the education sector, with experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, and a solid grasp of educational technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • B2B prospecting and lead generation through on-field prospecting, cold calling, networking, industry events, and channel partners.
  • FOLLOW-UP on leads, qualify leads, and assess their potential for conversion.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Setup appointments with school stakeholders for product demos.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations clearly explaining the value proposition to students and schools.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at schools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, with at least 3 years of experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred.
  • Solid grasp of educational technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet clients and participate in industry events.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from ₹8,50,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
