With a strong track record of delivering Taleo HCM solutions, including business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design, you will lead the implementation of these critical modules:

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Taleo Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding implementation. Your expertise should include at least 4 successful implementations as a Functional Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • Extensive experience in Taleo HCM implementation, including business process analysis and solution design
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • A good understanding of AIM/OUM processes and documentation

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Fusion Core HR and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. While not required, familiarity with other modules such as Fusion Core HR is a plus.
