About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT talent acquisition specialist to join our team at Tekskills Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive business growth through strategic recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key staffing needs and develop job specifications that align with the company's goals.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates who meet the required criteria.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with candidates, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to optimize recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prioritize building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings, staying ahead of the competition in the ever-evolving IT job market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an IT recruiter or similar role, demonstrating expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and various IT roles, enabling effective candidate matching and placement.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with stakeholders and candidates alike.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, driving results-oriented recruitment strategies.
