B2B Sales Expert for Educational Solutions

Our cutting-edge activity-based curriculum covers the entire STEAM education spectrum, delivered through smart experiential learning labs equipped with state-of-the-art Science, Math, and Engineering equipment, including AI, Drones, Automation, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and 3D Designing/Printing.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Expert for Educational Solutions to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, qualifying, converting, and renewing in assigned territories and achieving sales targets. This role requires extensive travel to various schools to promote CognoSpace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- B2B prospecting and lead generation primarily through on-field prospecting, cold calling, networking, industry events, and channel partners.
- FOLLOW UP ON LEADS, QUALIFY LEADS, AND ASSESS THEIR POTENTIAL FOR CONVERSION.
- MANAGE AND MAINTAIN A PIPELINE OF LEADS AND PROSPECTS.
- SET UP APPOINTMENTS WITH SCHOOL STAKEHOLDERS FOR PRODUCT DEMOS.
- CONDUCT SALES PRESENTATIONS AND PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS CLEARLY EXPLAINING THE VALUE PROPOSITION TO STUDENTS AND SCHOOLS.
- ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS AND EXPAND THE CUSTOMER BASE IN ASSIGNED TERRITORY.
- BUILD AND NURTURE LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AND STAKEHOLDERS AT SCHOOLS.
- MONITOR MARKET TRENDS, COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES, AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH.
- CONDUCT PRODUCT WORKSHOPS AND DEMONSTRATIONS AT EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND INDUSTRY EVENTS.
- PREPARE REGULAR SALES REPORTS AND FORECASTS FOR MANAGEMENT REVIEW.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN B2B SALES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, MARKETING, WITH AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, WITH A TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS.
- EXPERIENCE IN THE EDUCATION SECTOR IS PREFERRED.
- A SOLID GRASP OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES AND SOLUTIONS.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, PRESENTATION, AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
- KNOWLEDGE OF CRM SOFTWARE AND MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE IS A PLUS.
- ABILITY TO TRAVEL EXTENSIVELY TO MEET CLIENTS AND PARTICIPATE IN INDUSTRY EVENTS.
