Job Description:

A leading luxury brand Jewellery store in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad is seeking a passionate and experienced Sr. Counter Sales Manager to deliver exceptional client service by building long-term relationships and communicating product knowledge.

This role involves achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques, providing personalized attention, and expert advice to customers. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in jewellery trends, materials, and design, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and exceptional customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized attention and expert advice
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and care of various jewellery pieces to enhance their buying experience
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate products that align with their styles and occasions
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market
  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and products are well displayed

The successful candidate will have a deep passion for jewellery, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude towards delivering outstanding customer service.
