A premium luxury brand Jewellery store, Rad Resources, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Counter Sales Manager (Only Female) to deliver exceptional client service by building long-term relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and providing personalized attention to clients.

Educating customers on the features, benefits, and care of various jewellery pieces is essential to enhance their buying experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with clients effectively.

This role requires a deep passion for jewellery, including knowledge of trends, materials, and design. The ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Responsibilities include staying informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Assisting in inventory management and ensuring stock levels are maintained is also vital.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of Rad Resources.

We offer an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and prefer immediate joiners.
