We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Director to lead the strategic planning, execution, and seamless launch of our luxury spa operations.

Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive pre-opening plans for multiple spa locations, focusing on operational excellence and timely delivery.
- Pre-Opening Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive pre-opening plans for multiple spa locations, focusing on operational excellence and timely delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, procurement, HR, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
- Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to meet quality and budget expectations.
- Process Optimization: Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pre-opening activities and continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency.
- Resource Allocation: Monitor and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and financial budgets, to ensure projects stay on track.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks during the pre-opening phase.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting project status, milestones achieved, and any roadblocks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8–10 years of experience in project management within the retail, spa, or hospitality industry.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
