Luxury Operations Manager for Pan-India Spa Expansion

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Luxury Operations Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and seamless launch of our pan-India spa expansion. This role demands extensive experience in managing luxury wellness, spa, or hospitality projects, with a strong focus on operational excellence and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive pre-opening plans for multiple spa locations, focusing on operational excellence and timely delivery.
- Work closely with design, procurement, HR, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to meet quality and budget expectations.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pre-opening activities and continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and financial budgets, to ensure projects stay on track.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks during the pre-opening phase.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting project status, milestones achieved, and any roadblocks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Architecture, or related fields. Must have Project Management certification.
- 8–10 years of experience in project management within the retail, spa, or hospitality industry. Experience with multi-site operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and strong knowledge of budgeting and financial planning.
- Deep understanding of the retail and hospitality landscape, including trends, customer preferences, and operational best practices.
