Job Overview

We are seeking a Luxury Sales Director to develop and increase networks through channels such as architects, interior designers, project management consultants, and builders. The prime responsibility of this role is to understand new projects existing in targeted locations, grasp market opportunities, increase the base of customers, and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ID Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with Interior Design Architects (IDAs) to facilitate partnerships and sales opportunities.
  • Engage with key industry players and stakeholders to expand the company's network and influence.
  • Generate leads from IDAs.
Client Demos:
  • Conduct site visits and product demos for clients, showcasing the value of the experience and benefits of offerings.
  • Follow up with potential clients post-demonstration to answer questions and move towards closing the sale.
Achieving Individual Targets:
  • Managers are responsible for meeting their performance targets and contributing to the overall team target.
Effective HandoverCustoemr Retention and Relationship:
  • Handle escalated issues from clients or within the sales team, resolving them effectively to maintain client satisfaction and team morale.
Sales Process Oversight:
  • Manage the quoting process, ensuring that all proposals are accurate, competitive, and delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Review and approve quotes and proposals prepared by team members.
Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as necessary.

Requirements:

For this role, we seek a seasoned Sales Director with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Strong leadership capabilities, proficiency in team building, coaching, and performance management, along with superior negotiation skills, excellent relationship-building skills, and prior experience with premium and luxury home interior products are highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, and drive to achieve excellence.
