Business Growth Opportunity:
Horizontal Talent is seeking an experienced Business Growth Director to lead our India IT Staffing Business. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and develop strategic partnerships.
Estimated Salary: ₹18-22 lakhs per annum
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage Enterprise IT clients and deliver business solutions
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and bill rates with client managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least five years of experience in account management positions
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Knowledge of managing Enterprise IT clients
