At Infogain, we're seeking an experienced Senior Client Partner to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives in Bangalore. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in account management and client relationship development.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in farming roles, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored engagement strategies.

As a Senior Client Partner, you'll be responsible for delivering value-driven solutions that meet client needs and objectives. Your expertise in digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI, or enterprise software will help us accelerate our clients' digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and execute account plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
    • Brief delivery and operations teams on project requirements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy:
    • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
    • Leverage existing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to strengthen partnerships.
  • Project Oversight:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and ensure mutual success.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in account management, client relationships, or business development, preferably in IT services or consulting.
  • Proven track record in farming roles with existing MSA relationships.
  • Strong sales acumen with a history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Expertise in digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI, or enterprise software.
