Strategic Client Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Partner to join our team at Blufig Digital Private Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client management, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the digital marketing or creative industries. A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution is required, preferably in Business.
You should possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a keen eye for design and the ability to provide guidance and feedback to designers. Excellent analytical skills and prior experience in an agency setting are also preferred.
This role requires a strong focus on client service, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and functions. You will be responsible for generating weekly and monthly reports for each client account, as well as cultivating strong relationships with clients, industry peers, and internal stakeholders.
In terms of technical skills, proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs is a must, and knowledge or experience in social media-based content discovery is an advantage. Your proficiency in the English language is essential, and the ability to rephrase content is a requirement.
