Job Overview
This Junior-level role involves managing communication through international chat platforms as a full-time position at our Pune location. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Expertise: Provide exceptional service and prompt responses to meet customer satisfaction and company objectives via international chat processes.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring prompt responses and follow-through to resolution for all customer queries.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details, complaints, or comments to improve customer experiences.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions as per company protocols.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and strategies for international clientele, while providing continuous feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in managing international chat processes, with a strong background in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
- Chat Process Skills: Strong skills in semi-voice processes, offering a balanced approach combining chat and verbal communication skills.
- Communication and Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in assisting international customers and meeting their needs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in live chat systems, providing real-time support and improving customer satisfaction by utilizing technology effectively.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and learning.
Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹450,000 - ₹600,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
