Job Title: Customer Support Specialist - Night Shift Opportunity
About the Role:
- As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions to their issues.
- You will be working in a night shift environment, supporting customers across various time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via voice and chat support channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 months of customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
