About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Growth and Account Management Executive to join our team at Horizontal Talent. As a key member of our business development and operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share goals for assigned accounts, working closely with our recruiting team to identify new opportunities and develop effective strategies to capture them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve business/Revenue growth and market share goals for assigned accounts.
  • Experience Managing Enterprise IT customers.
  • Communicate and prioritize client requirements, provide business solutions partnering with Recruiting Team to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives while meeting the company's strategic business goals.
Requirements
  • A BS or BA in computer science or a closely related field.
  • At least five years in account management positions.
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of Managing Enterprise IT Clients.
