Job Description:

The Senior Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This involves understanding client needs, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
    • Prepare and present detailed business reviews to clients and stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities for key accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
    • Coordinate with product development teams to customize offerings as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 2 years of experience in account management or related fields.
