Job Overview:

This Executive Business Development role requires a strong professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating prospects, presenting products to clients, scheduling meetings, counselling, cold calling, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and presenting products to clients
  • Scheduling client meetings and calls
  • Counselling and cold calling to achieve sales targets
  • Enrolling working professionals in Executive/Certification courses
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and revenue growth
  • Managing relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctuality and discipline
  • Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks
  • Sales and marketing orientation
  • Strong convincing power and negotiation skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is ₹5.76 lakhs per annum (₹30k fixed/month) + incentives. After 6 months, the package will be revised based on performance. MBA (Marketing) freshers or those with minimum 6 months' experience can expect ₹35k + incentives.
