About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage a team of advisors and drive business results in line with company goals. This position requires close collaboration with higher management in a dynamic environment to increase global sales revenue, support team outcomes, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional results consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of Program Advisors who engage with prospects through various channels and help them enroll in professional certificate programs.
  • Driving daily operations of the advisor org by ensuring KRA's and KPIs are intact, enhancing team efficiency.
  • Owning Programs revenue and enrollment goals with Revenue and Marketing leaders.
  • Meeting tactical goals around non-performing programs and turning them around quickly.
  • Ensuring floor coverage, improving critical deliverables such as hourly dials, objection handling, and CL2PA coaching.
  • Proactively planning staffing based on shift, region, and program requirements.
  • Maintaining quality parameters for the team.
  • Attending Daily stand-ups with stakeholders and owning Inside Sales metrics.

Qualifications Required:

  • Knowledge of Excel and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing business needs.

Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and location.
