Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Team Manager to oversee and drive workspace sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inside sales, small-ticket seat sales, and exposure to day pass sales. Experience working with channel partners and familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers to optimize inbound lead conversion and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive workspace sales, including inside sales, small-ticket offerings, and day passes.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to generate new business opportunities and enhance sales outcomes.
  • Design and implement campaigns tailored to retail clients, maximizing workspace occupancy.
  • Monitor inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up and tracking.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in retail or inside sales, with exposure to small-ticket seat sales and day pass sales.
  • Experience working with channel partners is required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.

Salary Range:
