Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Develop product lines and assortments that meet customer demands.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure best prices and terms.
- Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and stock allocation.
- Ensure timely delivery of products.
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends.
- Monitor and report on sales/Inventory performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements and ensure supplier compliance.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of merchandising experience.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
Salary Information:
We estimate an annual salary range of ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 for this role, based on the location and job requirements. This estimate may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.
