Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Develop product lines and assortments that meet customer demands.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best prices and terms.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and stock allocation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Monitor and report on sales/Inventory performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements and ensure supplier compliance.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of merchandising experience.
  • Retail industry experience preferred.

Salary Information:

We estimate an annual salary range of ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 for this role, based on the location and job requirements. This estimate may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.
