Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and charismatic sales professional to work in our retail store, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining inventory levels.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about home decor and has excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and make recommendations to drive sales. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving our sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS software
  • Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information
  • Maintain inventory levels by performing routine checks and reporting discrepancies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or cashiering, preferably in home decor or furniture
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and an accommodating attitude to handle customer queries

Estimated Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
