Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Head to lead our Auto Components division at Indag Rubber Limited. As a Retail Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase retail sales of tyres. Your primary focus will be on identifying new geographies to develop retreading tyre sales market for Indag Rubber. This involves collaborating with the marketing team to conduct customer insight surveys and build branding strategies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing retail sales strategies
  2. Maintaining relationships with existing channel partners
  3. Identifying and appointing new channel partners
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team
  5. Analyzing competitor activities

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, strong knowledge of creating and managing retail sales strategies, and a preference for candidates from the tyre industry with retail sales experience are required. A major role in commercial activities is expected. The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹1,200,000 per annum. Negotiable perks and benefits are offered.
