Head of Sales and Revenue

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales and Revenue to join our team at Bent Chair. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships in commercial spaces, hotels, resorts, and high-end residential projects.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders, delivery timelines, and service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within the home furnishing, hospitality, or interior design sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the home furnishing industry and/or hospitality sales, including market trends and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
