Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Sales who can drive our sales team's success while overseeing diverse sales strategies, including Corporate, Travel Agent Room Sales, and MICE segments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead Corporate, Travel Agent Room Sales, and MICE segment strategies for the hotel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive business presentations that encompass pitch and existing account proposals, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Align organizational goals with strategic business strategies, creating actionable plans to achieve them and capitalize on emerging markets and opportunities.
  • Act as the hotel's representative at various industry events and exhibitions, fostering relationships and securing new business opportunities.
  • Drive implementation of sales action plans outlined in the overarching marketing strategy, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or hospitality management.
