Job Description:

As a Sales Revenue Growth Manager at OML Entertainment Private Limited, you will be responsible for generating revenue for various businesses that the company operates. This includes Branded content, Social Media management, and Influencer Marketing.

You will oversee a team developing solutions for brand briefs, negotiate best possible deals, and pitch innovative ideas to clients. To maintain sales volume, you must track changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.

Your primary goal is to create and maintain key relationships with clients, ensuring sustained and long-term business with them. Additionally, you will explore new streams of revenue and build them to be sustainable.

A successful candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in sales or a related field. The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on your skills and qualifications.
