Sales Professional for Revenue Growth

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, market trend understanding, and revenue growth driving ability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sell our products in assigned regions
2. Collaborate with the Purchase/Technical follow-up Team for deal closure
3. Retain existing customers by offering customized solutions
4. Develop new customers through calls and marketing strategies
5. Formulate business development strategies for regional growth
6. Analyze competitors' product and marketing moves to refine strategy
7. Set and meet targets
8. Frequent travel within assigned territory, building key relationships with customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Excellent English language skills (speaking and writing)
- Professional customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Team player with attention to detail
About this Role
