Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team and support our sales pipeline. This role involves customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making 70+ calls per day and meeting sales quota.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify customer needs and requirements and articulate solution benefits
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure
- Work with the sales team to build pipelines and close deals
- Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships
- Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences, in-person and online
- Track all activity in Salesforce (CRM)
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience with a minimum of 2+ years of international experience. US B2B Sales experience is preferable, but not required. A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is also required.
The salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. If you are energetic and have a willingness to learn along with the drive and creativity to uncover every opportunity, we want to talk to you.
