Job Title: Revenue and Business Growth Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue and Business Growth Manager to join our team at TheSqua. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue optimization for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead in the competitive hotel market.
- Manage and oversee the hotel's revenue management software to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue growth and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement yield management strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management with a focus on dynamic pricing and revenue optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- High energy levels and a positive attitude with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to work location as required.
