Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Coordinator to join our team at the Mumbai HQ. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue optimization across our hostels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Auditing and monitoring daily, monthly, and weekly rate performance to maximize business opportunities.
  • Managing rooms and inventory functionality to increase revenue and profits.
  • Building and implementing rates, promotions, and package strategy information in the PMS.
  • Coordinating with the Listing Manager for business listings, hygiene, and daily improvements.
  • Controlling disparity among all OTA channels.
  • Coordinating with internal departments for requirement-gathering and implementing changes in relevant systems.
  • Formulating plans to improve individual hostel performance and implementing changes.
  • Reporting on daily/weekly occupancy and average rate.
  • Generating accurate and timely analysis of reservations through reports.
  • Working closely with the Revenue Manager to understand revenue behavior at various hostels.
  • Gaining knowledge of all existing and newly listed hostels in the chain.
  • Reporting guest data monthly to inform sales team targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or similar degree.
  • Good accounting skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent sales and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Online Travel Agents (OTAs).
  • Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS).
