Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Coordinator to join our team at the Mumbai HQ. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue optimization across our hostels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing and monitoring daily, monthly, and weekly rate performance to maximize business opportunities.
- Managing rooms and inventory functionality to increase revenue and profits.
- Building and implementing rates, promotions, and package strategy information in the PMS.
- Coordinating with the Listing Manager for business listings, hygiene, and daily improvements.
- Controlling disparity among all OTA channels.
- Coordinating with internal departments for requirement-gathering and implementing changes in relevant systems.
- Formulating plans to improve individual hostel performance and implementing changes.
- Reporting on daily/weekly occupancy and average rate.
- Generating accurate and timely analysis of reservations through reports.
- Working closely with the Revenue Manager to understand revenue behavior at various hostels.
- Gaining knowledge of all existing and newly listed hostels in the chain.
- Reporting guest data monthly to inform sales team targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or similar degree.
- Good accounting skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent sales and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Online Travel Agents (OTAs).
- Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS).
