Director of Revenue Growth and Sales Operations

Sanda Hotels is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Growth and Sales Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales and revenue growth. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating contracts and partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored sales strategies to attract guests, secure bookings, and maximize revenue for Sanda Hotels.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and guest demographics to identify sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage guest information, preferences, and interactions, enabling personalized sales and service.
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable contracts, partnerships, and deals with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to drive business growth.
- Communication Skills: Communicate the value proposition of Sanda Hotels effectively, negotiate terms, and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses, to generate leads and referrals.
- Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns, resolve conflicts, and overcome objections during the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing sales teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
