Revenue Strategy Manager

Primary Responsibilities
As a key member of the AccorHotel team, the Revenue Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies across multiple hotels. This includes:
- Leading the development of revenue forecasts and budgets
- Collaborating with hotel teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Monitoring and analyzing revenue performance to identify areas for improvement
- Providing regular reporting and insights to hotel management
Key Initiatives
The Revenue Strategy Manager will also be responsible for:
- Implementing revenue management best practices across the hotel portfolio
- Developing and maintaining relationships with hotel teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Providing training and support to hotel staff on revenue management principles and practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the Revenue Strategy Manager will need to have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in revenue management software and systems
