Revenue Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue strategy for multiple hotels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with hotel teams, including GM, Reservations, and DOS, to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor hotel performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Responsible for revenue performance reporting, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Support the GM in developing revenue strategies and provide monthly forecasts for hotels.
- Implement revenue management initiatives, including overbooking length of stay, to maximize revenue.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual revenue budget and participate in weekly Revmax meetings.
- Communicate quality and data processes to stakeholders and support sales and reservations teams as needed.
- Provide availability and minimum rate for group quotations and analyze contract and public performance.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support and monitor the reservations department to ensure optimal performance.
- Educate stakeholders on revenue management best practices.
