Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue strategy for multiple hotels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams, including GM, Reservations, and DOS, to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor hotel performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Responsible for revenue performance reporting, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Support the GM in developing revenue strategies and provide monthly forecasts for hotels.
  • Implement revenue management initiatives, including overbooking length of stay, to maximize revenue.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual revenue budget and participate in weekly Revmax meetings.
  • Communicate quality and data processes to stakeholders and support sales and reservations teams as needed.
  • Provide availability and minimum rate for group quotations and analyze contract and public performance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor the reservations department to ensure optimal performance.
  • Educate stakeholders on revenue management best practices.
