We are expanding our senior business development team with regional sales head positions for North (New Delhi) and West (Mumbai/Pune). As a Regional Sales Director for Corporate and Retail Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Gift Cards and GPR Cards in the corporate and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in Gift Cards and GPR Cards for corporate and retail clients.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, including corporates, merchants, and channel partners.
- Maintain and grow existing relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
Market Leadership:
- Understand the competitive landscape and design strategies to establish market dominance in the region.
- Deliver innovative solutions to address client needs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
- Provide regular market and sales insights to senior leadership, along with strategic growth recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development of Gift Cards and GPR Cards for corporate and retail clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale a regional business.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Highly self-motivated with the capability to work independently while maintaining excellent work ethics.
