Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned business schools.
  • Provide in-depth information to interested executives on comprehensive leadership development programs.
  • Ensure timely updates on CRM software and guide customers through program milestones and payments.
  • Develop best practices for customer interaction and recommend appropriate programs.
  • Mentor and motivate an inside sales team to achieve high enrollments.
Requirements
  • Proven inside sales/consultative Edtech experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong phone/video call presence and ability to manage multiple programs.
  • Flawless follow-up skills and ability to be pleasantly persistent with customers.
  • Ability to work in a revenue-oriented and sales-focused environment.
