Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer success. Key responsibilities include lead generation, account management, customer satisfaction, and sales process execution.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Effectively execute the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in inside sales, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Estimated Salary: ₹ 9-13 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience). Bonus: ₹ 1-3 lakhs per annum (dependent on performance). Total Compensation Package: ₹ 10-16 lakhs per annum.
