Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Coordinator/Admission Counsellor to join our team in New Delhi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inside sales processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inside Sales Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, drive sales growth through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
  • Communication Excellence: Effectively communicate with customers, addressing their needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, sending relevant information via email.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product and service information, updates, and enhancements.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by upselling products and services, closing deals efficiently.
