We are Essvee Consultant, a luxury multi-brand showroom offering a wide range of bath space products. Our showroom allows customers to select their specific choices and configure products to meet individual needs.
Sales Executive Role:
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in the success of our retail showroom by providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and driving sales through product knowledge and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
- Showcase and demonstrate products to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing.
- Assist in planning and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Process transactions and manage documentation related to sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in a retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle diverse clients.
Estimated Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
