Senior Luxury Sales Consultant

Job Overview:
PivoTDive is seeking a highly driven Senior Luxury Sales Consultant to lead high-value sales at our flagship store in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of sales experience with a luxury brand dealing with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) on premium products and managing a team.
About the Role:
The Senior Luxury Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing lead generation, client relationships, and managing current sales staff while personally driving high-value sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing lead generation and client relationships
- Managing current sales staff
- Personally driving high-value sales
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 3+ years of sales experience with a jewelry or luxury brand
- Strong proven track record of achieving/exceeding business targets
- Experience with consultative sales, upselling, and prospecting HNI relationships
- Ability to build strong networks and relationships
- Highly goal-driven with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Great sense of fashion and personal style
