Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of finishes-related work for luxury villas, apartments, and hospitality projects.
- Material Selection & Procurement: Select premium materials that align with project aesthetic and functional goals, working closely with designers to ensure material choices complement the overall design vision.
- External Finishes & Façade Design: Oversee the selection and application of external finishes, ensuring a high-quality and aesthetically cohesive outcome.
- Interior Fit-Outs: Supervise the execution of luxury interior fit-outs, ensuring all finishes are executed according to design specifications.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and luxury industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in high-end luxury projects, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role overseeing finishes in luxury villas, luxury apartments, and star hotels.
- Proven experience in **external finishes** and **luxury interior fit-outs** for upscale residential and hospitality properties.
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of high-end construction materials and finishes (e.g., marble, rare woods, bespoke fixtures, etc.).
- Expertise in working with top-tier suppliers and manufacturers of luxury materials.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Auro Realty offers a competitive salary, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
