About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Cluster Director of Marketing to lead Marketing Strategies for these high-profile pre-opening Luxury Resorts. Based in New Delhi, this role will require travel to Nepal for a week each month. Your expertise in Luxury Hotel Branding, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, and Leisure Hotels will shape the global narrative of these exceptional properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the luxury hospitality segment.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and performance marketing, to establish a strong online presence.
  • Cultivate media relationships and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify and target key leisure travel markets to position the resorts as must-visit destinations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure cohesive brand representation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 12–14 years in Marketing leadership roles, with significant tenure in Luxury Hotel Brands and preferably with exposure to Leisure Segment Hotels.
  • Proven track record in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, and pre-opening strategies for high-end properties.

Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on experience).
